Currently we cover the Communidad de Valencia from Pilar de la Horadada through to Valencia and we also cover the Murcia Region.
We have offices in Valencia and Finestrat and by appointment you can arrange to visit us at either of these premises, if there is a group interest we are happy to visit your area. Plans can be set up via Email and Telephone.
Your payment will be paid directly to the Funeral Directors Government Controlled Business Bank Account where the monies are held until such time as it is needed for payment of the Funeral Services
We do not offer a monthly instalment plan but we can accept 2 half yearly payments with no interest incurred. The plan would need to be paid in full prior to cremation taking place. Storage would be charged at 30 euros a day until full payment received.
Your plan is guaranteed for up to 5 years, with the exception of additional requirements. We cannot control the government taxes in relation to municipal cremation fees. These fees are currently set for the next 5 years.
No we cannot honour these prices outside the Communidad Valencia or Murcia Region.
The plan has been set up with administration costs incurred therefore 21% will be retained, we reserve the right to review this amount periodically.
If you do not want the ashes we will scatter them in our memorial garden in the Valencian Cemetery.
As you have pre-paid your plan we would honour it, however this would incur additional fees for the collection of the deceased. For example you live in Torrevieja and you are holidaying in Madrid which is 450 kilometres you will be charged at 1 Euro per km for each extra km. If you remain in the Communidad de Valencia there is no additional charges.
You are welcome to attend the service at your own travelling expenses and we can provide an English Speaker Religious or non-religious for an additional fee, you would need to advise this when you sign your loved one over to us. If you wish to choose when the service is conducted, please be advised this may also incur additional storage fees.
SIGN NOTHING, Inform the Hospital / Hospice that you Have a Plan with Funerals Direct. Call Our Help Line. If you have a plan with us we will make all the arrangements. If you do not have a plan with us and would like to use our services, we must advise that payment must be made prior to collection. The price is the same as the Plan.

WARNING. If you sign your loved one over to a different Funeral Director, I am afraid there is nothing we can do your plan will become null and void. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING UNTIL YOU HAVE SPOKEN TO US.
We are very sorry there is absolutely nothing we can do, your plan will become null and void and you will need to deal directly with the new Funeral Directors.
If you are unable to attend the Small Service in Valencia, then we would recommend you hold a private memorial at a venue of your choice. You can also request (for an additional fee) a religious or non-religious minister to speak at this service. If you need any advice or assistance with this please contact our representative.
In order to continue providing this very popular service we do ask for full payment to be made prior to the funeral taking place. This can be paid by:
